What inspires and/or motivates you in what you do for CERRON Commercial Properties?
God #1 motivates me to be my true self, dream BIG and never give up on following my passions. Real estate and business are personal both financially and emotionally, which motivates me to always keep learning and to make the experience for the client easier, and at the same time help them achieve their next level of business.
What makes our team unique?
CERRON is unique because we have deep roots in Lakeville resulting in many personal connections with businesses in the south metro. I also love that we are a full-service Commercial Real Estate Company. This means we can help you buy, sell or lease, or we can help you buy raw land - with the option of in-house design and a full build-out. Having multiple options can give clients a streamlined experience when trying to grow or expand their business.
What is something people might be surprised to know about you?
I was born and raised in Minnesota, but I have lived in FIVE countries including; Scotland, Philippines, Nepal, Dominican Republic and the USA either doing mission work or studying abroad.
What do you do outside the office for fun?
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband, being in nature, planting, traveling, country music, wine, pickleball and just doing anything new or fun with my friends.
What is your favorite sport (to cheer on or to play)?
My favorite sport to play is pickleball and my favorite sport to watch is my son playing football.
What is your favorite quote?
It's easier to pivot while you're moving.
