APPRO Development is excited to share the progress of our new project in Stacy, MN. The scope of this project includes: site development and interior buildout for a new post frame building for the sale and services of motorsports equipment. Site prep includes mass grading, parking lot, stormwater management, turn lane, and exterior concrete work. Interior buildout of shell includes slab on grade, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, wall finishing, casework, and cabinetry. Building to be served by new well and septic system.
