We do project planning and management for land development all under one roof.  APPRO's sister commercial real estate company, CERRON, helps new and existing clients seek out land and property to build on, renovate, or sell, while APPRO allows us as designers to create spaces that give businesses what they need in a building to run a successful business.  This allows us to have close communication and relationships with our clients.  We also get to learn about the operations of our client's businesses; we design spaces to fit what they do and learn how they serve their communities. I am lucky to be a part of a team that has a hand in the whole process of real estate development and I believe it's the reason clients should choose us.

When I was younger, my dad owned rental properties and some of my siblings and I would join him. It was a way for him to watch us, teach us, spend time with us, and get help from us.  I would help cosmetically renovate the spaces by painting, ripping out carpet, or filling in nail holes. I didn't necessarily build or design back then, but it definitely inspired me to strive for what I do now for a career.  

I think what makes our team unique is that we are a small company, so we are able to connect and work with each other on any project APPRO is tackling.  I believe it makes us more efficient since we can reach out to anyone on our team with ease. 

I spend time with friends and family, play and listen to music, and get creative by taking on artistic projects.
