MN Commercial Property Search Now Available at CERRON.com

Lakeville based, APPRO Development and CERRON Commercial Properties, are pleased to announce we now have an added feature on our website! You may now search not just CERRON’s active commercial property listings, but ALL commercial properties in MN (publically listed). CERRON has been working hard with our web developer to include this feature on the APPRO and CERRON website and are excited to unveil this added feature this week.

We have made it very easy to search commercial properties on our website. When you land on our home page, you will find a couple of search features on the left side of the page:

1. By clicking on the “Search Our Listings” tab, you are able to search all of CERRON’s active commercial listings posted to our website.

2. By clicking on the “CERRON Commercial Properties” tab, you will be able to search all commercial property listings (available to the public).

We have created an easy search form for you to use. Once you have entered your search criteria and click on the “Search” tab, you will see all active commercial listings meeting your search criteria.

Whether you are looking for industrial, warehouse, retail, office or land listings in Minnesota, for lease or for sale (or both!), you will be able to search these commercial property types quickly and easily with our new commercial listing search feature.

Once you find a property(-ies) meeting your criteria, feel free to contact us using the Contact Form on the listing page to schedule a showing or find out more information. You may also easily pull up the same listing by keeping the unique listing # handy to include for future reference or in the Contact Form.

Top Five “Property Solutions Backpack” Must Have Tools

We would all agree that having the right tools can make a world of difference. We would like to share some “must haves” for your “Property Solutions Backpack”.

Over the years, what we keep in our property solutions backpack certainly has changed over time. As we transition from pencil and paper to desktop software to cloud-based solutions we take with us on the go. Our team is excited to share a variety of tools you may find helpful to your business as you consider your space needs.

Property Solutions Backpack by APPRO and CERRON

Whether you are the “freshman” just jumping in, or the “big guy” on campus, these Top Five Tools will be helpful for each of you:

  1. Notebook – new building owners who work with our team receive a 3-ring binder or “notebook” upon completion of a project. Inside, we include warranty information, copies of plans and other details about the building, and how to get in touch with our team. If we didn’t build your building, do you keep all of this information in an easily accessible location? If not, it 
  2. Data – if you are a tenant, owner or landlord, by understanding the details of your property location, you know more about your potential clients, neighbors, and possibly your competition. Did you know you may order a FREE demographics report on your location from our team? We typically pull this report when working on a new real estate listing, but we would be happy to pull a report at any time to help you understand more about your property’s location. Did you know you can also check out an area of interest with an app on your smart phone called “Sitegeist”? It isn’t as detailed as our demographics report, but could get you some of the details you need when exploring a new location.
  3. Checklists – we all make them, and some people live to make them just to see the items checked off. Did you know that we have a “Commercial Building Maintenance” checklist on our website? Also, if you REALLY love checklists, here is one more tip – if you don’t already have the Evernote app on your desktop and/or smartphone, you should! Having your checklists available in the palm of your hand, or accessible on any device, is a true time saver!!
  4. Calculator – Curious to know how to calculate how much space you need? Or, need to figure out just how much a change in rate would impact your purchase power? We offer a Space Calculator and a Mortgage Calculator (found on the main page – left side in tools) on our website to help answer these questions.
  5. Ruler – Every backpack needs a ruler. Do you know how to read a blueprint? Having an architect’s or engineer’s ruler helps to convert scale from say 1/8” or 1/4”. If you would like to request a free scale, email us and let us know if you prefer architectural or engineering style in the comments field.

Lakeville Community Events – 2014 Lakeville Chamber Golf Tournament & 2014 Taste of Lakeville

By Paige Thompson Recent Lakeville Community Events gave the team at APPRO Development and CERRON Commercial Properties the opportunity to support our local community and have a lot of fun in the process!

APPRO-CERRON_Sponsor-2nd_Hole_at_Wilds-1.jpgAPPRO and CERRON were bronze sponsors of this year’s golf tournament, which allowed us to be a sponsor on hole #2 at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN. Kathy Morse, Andrea Kaderlik and I had the opportunity to be at the sponsor table where we offered golfers a chance to enter a drawing to win a pair of MN Gopher Hockey tickets. By playing our “Sledgehammer/Mega Golf” game – a combination of bowling, croquet and putting – players had fun trying to knock a bowling ball with a wedge/sledgehammer under a wicket/sign. We witnessed some unique styles, as you will see from the following pics taken. Our team had a great time meeting or re-connecting with members of our community at this annual event. Later in the day, a few of our team members, Jim Connelly with guests Norm Oberto and Mark Becker from Imperial Plastics, Andrea Kaderlik and I attended the dinner and drew the names of Kevin Jenn, a manager with Target Technology Services, and Mark Priore, an attorney with Priore Law Offices, as winners of the two pairs of Gopher Hockey tickets. 

 

2014 Taste of Lakeville

This Lakeville Rotary Club event has become an annual tradition for many (12 years running). A few of our team members (myself included), were able to make it out to this event on May 15, 2014. There was a silent and live auction with proceeds benefiting the Lakeville Heritage Center and Miracle (Baseball) Field, live bands as part of the entertainment, a wall of wine raffle and wine tasting, and of course…the food tasting. For $35 ahead of time (or $45 at the door) – this is an incredible deal!! Not to mention – A LOT OF FUN!! If you were not able to make it out to this event this year, I strongly encourage you to do so next year! Not only is it a lot of fun, you are helping our local Lakeville community at the same time. Who is a Good Commercial Remodel Company in MN?

Who is a good great commercial remodel company, you may ask? We are! At APPRO Development, a south metro, MN, commercial general contractor, we have been hard at work to help our clients with some innovative remodel projects around the Twin Cities over the past couple of weeks.

Erik's Bike Shop - Remodel by APPROWe have been working with Erik’s Bike Shop to renovate the former St. Paul Union Hall, St. Paul, MN.

This commercial renovation project includes demo to the existing Union Hall interior, replacing all existing with new rooftop units, frame out of two (2) restrooms, and renovating the exterior of the existing building for the shell of this project. Future tenant improvement work will follow for this retail end user. As a design build general contractor, we work directly with our client every step along the way to obtain the necessary permits, track costs, work with subcontractors, and bring the project in on time and on budget.

 

04052013 (7)We have also been working on a project for BTD in Lakeville, Minnesota.

This project includes the renovation of the interior of this industrial facility focusing on office space remodel by stripping existing finishes and providing new painting, flooring, doors, and ceilings to create a more modern space for this end user.
